In our large county town of Erding you can experience diversity in the truest sense of the word. Discover and enjoy Erding
Strolling along our main shopping street, Lange Zeile, you can get a whiff of Mediterranean flair. Especially in the summer time when, along with the colourful displays in the small boutiques, numerous pavement cafés entice you to stay a while. The area around Erding's landmark, the Schöne Turm (Beautiful Tower), has many a historical and culinary surprise in store for you. You could also start your bicycle tour or hike through Erding's surrounding countryside from here. Indeed the sporty visitors really get their money's worth in Erding: in our indoor swimming pool, the indoor ice rink or on the local golf courses. Undiluted nature is to be found when going for a walk through the town park with its playgrounds and the little small animals zoo. And all of this is so close to Sperlhof, for indeed the walk can take you right into the centre of town.
Experience Bavaria and learn to love it
Erding is ideally placed for excursions to nearby Chiemsee, Nymphenburg Palace, the Bavarian mountains, the Munich Trade Fair grounds, the famous Allianz stadium or the BMW-World Museum in Munich. And one other special attraction awaits you virtually around the corner from our guesthouse: the Erding Water World Spa with its unique water slides and sauna paradise. You would prefer to be out in the sun? Then look forward to relaxing hours at the local recreation area round the Kronthaler Weiher (converted former gravel pit) or in one of the local beer gardens lifting a stein of cool, hearty beer.
